| FESA Foundry Workshop | | The Third Foundry Workshop is to take place at
the Worcester Rugby Club stadium on Wednesday 26 June 2013. The workshop is organised by Cast Metal & Diecasting Times
with support from the Foundry Equipment and Supplies Association (FESA), the Institute of Cast Metal Engineers (ICME), The Cast
Metals Federation, NAMTEC and the Diecasting Society (DCS). The
day's event will include three papers, which all delegates attend, and 14 papers in breakout sessions when three papers
at a time are given and delegates select the paper of their choice. Speakers will include Professor John Campbell, and companies such as Inductotherm Europe, Omega Foundry Machinery
and Messe Dusseldorf will present papers in the breakout sessions. Exhibition table tops will be positioned in the catering room where teas/coffee and lunch will be served to the delegates.
There are facilities for 25 table top exhibition stands. The
President of FESA and Managing Director of Metalscan Limited, Laurie Palmer, will introduce the days event and welcome delegates
to the Foundry Workshop. The
delegate fee for foundry managers, operators and students includes daytime refreshments and lunch, will be charged at £55.00
+ VAT. Apprentices can apply to Tor Lodge for funding to cover the fee and travel costs. Other categories such as equipment
and material suppliers will be charged at £130 + VAT. Contact
