British Foundry Technology is Recognised worldwide and the Foundry Equipment and Supplies Association (FESA) members
provide products and services on a global basis. The Associations main activities is promoting its members at International
Exhibitions and organising groups to participate in leading shows worldwide.
FESA's members comprise of well
established Suppliers covering a wide spectrum of consumable products, equipment and technology for the Foundry and Cast Metal
trades.
FESA is a member of CEMAFON, the European Foundry Equipment Suppliers Association, to extend its
influence at European and National levels and to supply its members with information on legislation, environmental issues
and other relevant matters.
The FESA Council comprises of representatives from member companies who participate
without remuneration, organised by a professional Secretary administering the day to day activities.
UKTI TAP Grants available - FESA were successful
in getting grant support from UKTI's Trade Access Programme for a number of shows in 2010. These These were well
attended by our members and exhibitors found the shows very successful. Grants in excess of £20,000 were paid to FESA
and the eligible members during 2010.
Further grants are expected to be available for GIFA at the level of £1000
towards the costs of exhibiting at the show. FESA has a British pavillion area and can provide a wide range of services to

GIFA GIFA GIFA - A very successful GIFA show
and a very busy British / FESA Pavilion saw FESA members inundated with enquiries and opportunities to be a part of the biggest
foundry equipment and consumables show in the world. FESA members were present in many of the halls, some
on their own corporate stands and some on the dedicated FESA members / British Pavilion in Hall 15, where meeting room and
secretariat services were available throughout the week-long show.“We were delighted with the nature and level of the enquiries from all parts of the world and were
particularly pleased to see that many of our members were able to take advantage of the commercial opportunities presented
to them at the show. We look forward to receiving their feedback and to planning our international trade
